In just 2 intense days, you will build and recive a complete sovereign stack of hardware and software from scratch:

  • Your Pixel phone will run GrapheneOS — a special secure version of Android with no Google tracking, no spying, and no hidden backdoors.
  • A hardware wallet (Trezor) that holds your Monero. Your money stays completely under your control — no banks, no exchanges, no one else can touch it.
  • You'll set up your own email server (Mailcow) so you have a real email address that no big company can read or shut down.
  • All your devices (phone, email, wallet) will be connected through a private "zero-trust" network called NetBird. This keeps everything locked down and protected.
  • You'll use SimpleX for secure text messages and Jami for private voice and video calls — no phone number required, no tracking.
  • You'll have a small travel router that lets you connect to public WiFi securely without exposing your phone or burning through your mobile data.
